The arrow of time

So I am back from a lovely weekend spent in the small town in the Eastern Cape - Cradock. I will post some photos on this trip sometime this week, but as I celebrated my birthday on Saturday last week I have given the topic of growing old and time passing by some thought and when I stumbled onto this very accurate time-line of the Goldberg Family it dawned on me again - time does sometimes go by too fast so we must hold onto and treasure EVERY moment we live!

When their son Nicolas started a family of his own in 2008 they continued the tradition!

What an amazing time line! I wonder if I will be able to do something similar? The same headshot taken on the same day every year? Wow, the discipline! This definately takes the concept of the "love-collage" to a whole new level!
