After two tough weeks with both my parents in and out of hospital emergency rooms and operating theatres, due to two separate incidents, I was looking forward to a relaxed weekend filled with no to low stress and surprises.Unfortunately my happy relief was short lived and my mom is back in the hospital after an emergency check in yesterday - sigh! So what to expect this weekend?
I really don't know - I am being positive and believe that my mom will be home on Monday evening when I arrive in Stellenbosch (I am going to play nurse at my parent's house for a few weeks) and I trust that God is carrying and guarding her through this difficult time.
Today is also my last day at my current job and after today I will be solely responsible for my own success and failures - breath - my stomach is filled with nervous excitement!!
So in short - today (and probably the entire weekend) is filled with mixed emotions and the hopes of receiving unexpected GOOD news!
